Research: Studying the effects of the dietary fiber product, WholeFiberTM, on reversal of peripheral and hepatic insulin resistance with a focus on modulating the gut microbiome and observing the effects on host metabolism in hopes of developing strategies to treat obesity-related cardiometabolic diseases. The study is carried out in a human, in vivo clinical setting using many techniques.
