Kelly Jardon is a PhD-candidate at the Department of Human Biology of the Maastricht University Medical Centre+ (MUMC+). Her research is conducted in collaboration with the Top Institute Food and Nutrition (TIFN), and focuses on targeted nutritional strategies to prevent and treat obesity-related cardiometabolic diseases. Her work is carried out in a human, in vivo clinical setting using a diversity of techniques. In 2015, Kelly Jardon received her MSc degree in Biomedical Sciences with a specialization in Nutrition & Metabolism at Maastricht University.
